David J. Agans - Bookwriter, co-lyricist, original story - +1 (603) 673-2258

Dave Agans received a B.S.E.E. from MIT in 1976 (with a minor in creative writing - including a class with A.R. Gurney). During his 25 year career in business he has earned a reputation as an entertaining seminar speaker and creative "wordsmith," but his interest in theatre took solid hold after he turned a few joke songs into a full length musical for a company anniversary celebration.

In 1997, his first musical Robot Trouble (as "Robots") was produced by the MIT Musical Theatre Guild for enthusiastic audiences, and actually made money.  Robot Trouble was since revised and given a reading by the Mt. Wachusett Community College Drama Circle; in June 2000 excerpts were selected for staged readings at the New Opera and Musical Theatre Initiative's Open Call 2000, sponsored by the North Shore Music Theatre, ASCAP, and Berkelee College of Music.

He is currently developing "Where the Heart Is," a musical about housebuilding and marriage. He is also developing a new community theatre group, the Milford Area Players, for whom he serves as President.

David Agans is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Inc.

Winfield S. Clark - Composer, co-lyricist

Winfield Clark attended St. Paul's School and Dartmouth College and received an M.A. in English from the University of Illinois. In response to a mid-life crisis, he began studying composition and voice at Dalhousie University in Halifax, N.S., graduating with a B. of Music in 1991. In April of 1994 he won the "New Hampshire composer of the year" award sponsored by the NH Music Teacher's Association.

He has had SATB choral pieces commissioned and performed by the Souhegan Valley Chorus, Southside Jr. High Chorus, and the Derryfield School Concert Choir; several songs were performed at the King Ridge Music Festival and the Dana Center at St. Anselm College. In 1997, he was composer and co-lyricist for the full length musical Robot Trouble performed (as "Robots") by the MIT Musical Theatre Guild.

Other projects include "Five Pieces for "Under Milkwood" -- incidental music written for a staged performance of the Dylan Thomas play at the Arts Center, Nashua; book, lyrics, and music for the children's musical "Daniel Bandito, Raccoon" performed at Brookline, NH by 3rd and 4th graders; and SATB piece "The Immigrant" written for the 20th anniversary concert of the Souhegan Valley Chorus.
